If
for any reason you are trying to download your emails and
it gets 'stuck' on an email, it is recommended that you
do the following:
Ensure
that you turn off your AV or Spam Filter (often stuck
emails are because of the 3rd party programs you might
use)
Try
again. If that fails, then shut down your email program
and open up a browser
Go
to http://webmail.yourdomain.com.au (yourdomain being
your domain name, without the www).
Enter
your username and password to login to Webmail
Find
the message that is causing the problem and delete it.
Go
back into your email program and try again
If
this does not work, please contact
us, including the username and password of the email
account in question, and which email is stuck. We can then
remove it from our server.
