Why do other SEO companies say they can guarantee I can be seen on the front page of Google? Is there something they know that you don't?

No. They are talking about Sponsored Links. Any firm can get you on the 'front page of google' for sponsored links, including us. These are paid ads. You can find more information about Google Adwords here.

Can I contact your previous clients for a reference?

Sure. But please be respectful and don't ask them questions that you wouldn't be happy to answer yourself. For this reason, we have certain clients who are more than happy to discuss our services in depth and we would give those details to you on request.

Do you have any awards, accreditations or memberships to industry bodies?

We have certification from Google as a Google Adwords Professional, which we have maintained for the past 4 years. We have won many Gold & Platinum WebDesigners.net.au awards (as Hollowpoint & Communicate Media, our former name), as well as associate membership to several marketing bodies.

Is there a difference between Communicate Media and Hollowpoint?

Hollowpoint WAS Communicate Media until we decided on a re-branding. Communicate Media was a registered business, whereas Hollowpoint Pty Ltd is a registered company.
