If your website is down, a link is broken, your adwords ads are not running, or you have urgent problems, please call us immediately. Our fast response depends on your fast reporting of issues. Although we monitor some features on our server, we cannot monitor everything, so if you do have a critical problem, please call 0438 745 099 ASAP. Before you call us, please ensure that:

You have an internet connection (probable, if you can read this page!)
That you are in front of your computer at the time of the call
That you have the time to troubleshoot the problem and
You have written down any errors that have occured.
