outside world, it must be safe and secure, and you need
a server that has enough 'bandwidth' to support multiple
visits to your site.

Hosting is where your emails live
Like Website Hosting, your emails have to come from somewhere
(the sender) and have to arrive at a destination and sit
in a folder so that you can access them via an email program
(such as Outlook or Outlook Express) or Webmail, and download
them as required.
